Birra Minchia

For Sicilians, 'minchia' is an exclamation that encapsulates a variety of feelings: it is used spontaneously to express joy, astonishment, wonder. Although today it is used in many parts of the world, it remains the identifying emblem of Sicily. Minchia is a craft beer, true and irreverent as Sicilians are.
