In 2022, Kiu participated with the "Lacala" concept in Insuperlabel, a contest promoted by Auroflex, in partnership with HP Indigo, Luxoro and Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives, which was created as an opportunity for comparison between the label production and printing industry and the world of graphic design.

Lacala’s label tells the story of the encounter between sea and land, a place of overlapping, dominated by the white nuances of the shoreline and then the reflections of the sand, wet stones up to the first rows of vines: a project that tells the essence of a unique territory..

The paper chosen is Materica Gesso UW by Manter by Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives, the embellishments present are embossing and a hot foil. The embrace between land and sea is sealed by a die-cut that wraps around the entire bottle.
